The service

Bakemap is a directory. Listings, menus, prices, opening times and allergen notes are entered by the businesses themselves. We moderate listings before they appear but we don't verify every detail — always confirm anything critical (especially allergens) directly with the business.

Accounts and listings

• You must own or be authorised to represent a business you list.
• Listings must be accurate and lawful. We may suspend listings that aren't, and remove reviews that are abusive, fake or off-topic.
• You can delete your listing and account at any time.

Reviews

Reviews appear only where a business has enabled them. By posting a review you confirm it reflects a genuine visit. Businesses may reply. Anyone can report a review for moderation.

Founding Member purchase

The Founding Member offer is a one-off payment granting your business lifetime access to all paid features. It is a digital service delivered immediately: at checkout you tick a box confirming you want access straight away and understand you lose your 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Statutory rights concerning faulty services are unaffected.

Liability

Bakemap is provided as-is. We're not liable for the accuracy of listing content or for anything that happens between you and a listed business.
