Micro-bakeries and independent bakeries
A micro-bakery is a small bakery, often one or two people, sometimes baking from a home kitchen or a converted garage. Many only bake a few days a week, sell by pre-order, or turn up at a market on Saturdays.
So the baking days matter. Bakemap shows each bakery's usual days and any one-off changes, their menu with prices, and whether they're open or sold out right now.
